Thats what I was thinking. They lost. They should pay.
In theory I agree with this, but it works both ways and when we have an issue that we sue someone like Obama and his birth certificate for example. We know that he is guilty but the courts are dropping the cases...Do we pay because of it? That is why I think it is dangerous.
Alaska law permits complaints like this but they were not supposed to talk until the complaints were heard. However unwarranted or frivolous complaints should be paid for by the complainer if there is no basis for a complaint found. IMO
She also paid back what, 10,000 for her kids travel when she didn’t have to. That was found legal. But why did she pay anyway? I don’t understand some (R) leaders.
Let us all spread the word about the Alaska Defense Fund far and wide. Donate, donate, donate!

Anyone else have a problem with it, except those who clearly haven't contributed any of their money?
Bookmark for later today....
I had originally thought it was because of the $150 gift disclosure trigger under Alaska law but the article says not so. The trustee said in the article that the Governor wanted to keep it grassroots.
Pretty tough restriction.
Probably a phone browser incompatibility on my end...
Perhaps there should be oversight of anti-Palin people filing silly ethic charges.
Yeah. I think she could have gone with $500 and still have it be considered “grass roots”.
