Come to West Virginia, my FRiend! There is plenty of land for sale at reasonable prices. There is a 40 acre spread available near me, next to State hunting land, with a large modern house for less than $400K, less than 1 hour west of Winchester, VA. You can find plenty of $3-5k per acre property (larger tracts)! For more info, I can put you in touch with friends in the biz!
