Just let it burn in…

California voters said no, but Democratic lawmakers are pushing to do it anyhow.

The vote is NO and the communists do whatever they want.

We already know that neither money nor class size has any effect on the quality of education.

Time to get rid of the unions and start firing teachers that can’t teach. En masse!

I remember Arnie floating this idea months ago, but no one in the media called him on it. Democrats, as the criminals they are, believe those least capable of managing their fiscal affairs should have dibs on any unapportioned revenues. California is now officially a parasite of the Union.

The day is going to come when CA state taxpayers begin to say NO when it comes to paying their taxes.

vote them all out

Are those who pay for government a larger or smaller portion than those who live off of government?

If it's the latter, voting may not get them out of office.

The teachers may have their hands tied if there is a shortage of cucumbers or condoms.

The budget crisis does have a silver lining. It has exposed Sacramento as being more responsive to labor unions then the citizens. It is time to vote them all out of office.

they realize that... the individual will get voted out, but the party is still in control.

and in typical liberal fashion... they know better then the voters, which are just not educated enough

Voters are too ignorant to be permitted decision making power over their own lives, or of course, those of their families. The arrogance and self-importance of the left is breathtaking. And Miss Ahnahld Shriver? He has no position...until Maria tells him what it is.

How exactly do you “repay” money for classes that ended 5 years prior? Many of the students are graduated and gone.

I guess the only way is to pay it out in bonuses or backpay to the teachers and their unions.

Nah, they couldn’t be that greedy...

Yes, I agree, but when we do, they'll declare "no" and vote themselves back in.

(As long as they're on a roll).

The day is going to come when CA state taxpayers begin to say NO when it comes to paying their taxes.

That's the bottom line. If enough people simply stop paying, the CA govenment doesn't have enough resources to go after them all.
