Seriously, this does not bode well for cap-and-tax or the big healthcare shakedown, nor for democrat congressmen in 2010.That's why, IMHO, these #s mean something. Falling ratings for Zero hopefully means that the remnant of Rats with an ounce of common sense will back away from at least the most hideous of his Marxist crap.
