This video might be a fake. A longer version of the same video is also on youtube, and it shows someone squirting what appears to be blood over the woman’s face.

I don't see anyone squirting anything. The blood is coming out of her nostrils and a second or two later from her mouth. Not a fake.

I agree, not a fake. As her chest cavity and lungs fill up with blood from the chest wound it would come out the nose and mouth.
