Asia and the Phillipines and...um...income distribution levels in China due to...um...Nationalist reluctance to...uh...cease agressive actions and negotiate a comprehensive peace. I will...um...therefore...uhhh...meet with...uh...Prime Minister Tojo and...uh...Premier Mao Tse Tung with...uh...no preconditions in Tokyo and China on the 14th of this month...uhhhh...until then I...do not want the United States to...uhh...be seen meddling in the internal affairs of these countries.
