History will have to note O as the 1st Black president. History will not be kind.

I didn't pay attention to Ocoward's earlier statements. Shows what impact they had. So perhaps you're right that this is his strongest statement yet. However, it's pathetically weak and, to repeat, filled with nothing but meaningless platitudes.
