How is this done? I am a creature of the nineteenth century—just about to get a Blackberry Storm for the first time tomorrow. I want to help but I don’t Twitter.
Go to Twitter.com and set up an account....it’s easy.
Set up an account and set your time and place as he suggests. It takes just a couple of minutes at twitter.com
Check it out carefully against the Bold model Blackberry. I was warned off the Storm by my ATT salesman as having some problems and undesireable ergonomics.
Have also read many negative reviews of the Storm. Google some up before you jump.
“I want to help but I dont Twitter.”
Go to www.twitter.com.
Open an account (it’s free).
In the “Settings” tab, in the “Timezone” field, set your timezone to GMT +3 Tehran (there’s a pulldown menu with the different timezones listed; you’ll see Tehran listed).
Below the “Timezone” field, you’ll see a blank field marked “Location.” Type in “Tehran.”
“Twitter”, by the way, is always a noun. To “Tweet” is the verb essentially meaning “to upload a post”. A “post” is always called a “tweet.” Tweets are always limited to no more than 140 characters (including spaces and punctuation).
That’s all there is to it. Now come join the battle.
