...Agreed, but what about these other pricks in congress that did? Been on the other threads with the same response, it's worthless, unless the special OPS and CIA are in. The executive branch does it, even if it's Obama. Question, is it constitutional to change regiems? don't think so. But congress will take the high road if it works, the low road if it fails
