That's the beauty of it, though.

Whoever, being over eighteen years of age, refuses or willfully neglects, when requested by the Secretary, or by any other authorized officer or employee of the Department of Commerce or bureau or agency thereof acting under the instructions of the Secretary or authorized officer, to answer,

Bammy IS NOT an authorized officer! He is NOT under the Department of Commerce OR the Secretary. Bammy decided HE would move the census to the White House without the approval of Congress.

BUT..... since the codes have NOT changed, Bammy and his ACORN nuts are not in compliance with the law, and NO ONE is obligated to knowingly participate in an illegal act.

GOP Threatens Legal Action Against Obama for Plan to Oversee 2010 Census

House Republican leaders said Thursday they're ready to go to court against President Obama if he doesn't scuttle his plan to move the census into the purview of the Oval Office, saying it's an unconstitutional abuse of power.

That was February. The cowards caved didn’t they? Threatening and not following up on makes them look weaker than they are, if that’s even possible.
