To submit a comment, identify them with Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OAR-2009-0171 and submit them online, by email, by facsimile, by mail or by hand delivery.
The docket # is Re: Docket ID No. EPA–HQ– OAR–2009–0171 Be sure to include that number in email
They must be received by EPA by June 23.

Points to make - and note that "form letters" are not as effective as personal ones - though we all know that the EPA is prejudged, prejudicial, and completely political on their "CO2 as pollution" mantra, but they (and Obama) want your money and MUST be opposed in any way possible.
Write also to your congressman:
1. CO2 is a natural fertilizer, not an artificial polutant.
2. Rising CO2 levels are 99.93 percent from nature, and have occurred many times in the past geological records, to levels much higher than today's values, with no ill effects.

2. Rising CO2 levels are 99.93 percent from nature, and have occurred many times in the past geological records, to levels much higher than today's values, with no ill effects.
3. Today's global average temperature anomaly (the “official” total rise in temperature since 1970) is less than 1/4 of 1/10 of one degree (as of May, 2009) and ALL global temperatures have been DECLINING for eleven years. Since 1998, temperatures have been going DOWN, not up!
4. In the 80 years since CO2 began rising in the mid 1930’s, global temperatures have DECLINED in 50 of those 80 years, rising less than 1/2 of one degree ONLY in the 25 years between 1973 and 1998. In EVERY other period since 1935, CO2 has risen (from natural and man-made causes) while temperatures have (on average) been declining.
5. More CO2 means today's trees, algae, plants, phytoplankton, and sea life have been growing 12% to 27% MORE stems, roots, leaves, fruits, and blossoms because CO2 is a fertilizer. We have up to 27% MORE food, fodder, fuel, and flowers NOW than ever before THANKS to the increased CO2 in today's atmosphere.
It is all about MONEY. Obama and his ilk could care less about CO2. It is just SOMETHING ELSE TO TAX. We are dealing with a Marxist, do not forget.

I just got an email from www.wecansolveit.org. I’m guessing they got my email address from www.whitehouse.gov - I’ve NEVER visited their website and wouldn’t.
