Remember that those who signed in agreement risked losing all, including their lives. I read an Iranian “tweet” this weekend, that was scrolling on Fox or CNN, and it said the following,
“I have one vote, I gave it to Moussari. I have one life, I will give it for freedom.”
It is chilling how comfortable we are in our warm pots....

They thought Liberty was worth it.
Perhaps they were just better men than we have around nowadays....
And I use "men" in the generic here i.e., including women too.
