Sam Brownback of Kansas, one of the sponsors, said the measure was no panacea, but could help trigger reconciliation. The U.S. Senate can apologize and offer reparations every day for the next 100 years, but as long as the race baiters are still in operation (Jackson, Sharpton, and company) it will NEVER be good enough.
