Mr. Glass is apparently unaware of the federal anti-nepotism statute, 5 USC 3110, which would make it impossible for a future President Hillary Clinton to appoint her husband to any official paid position in the United States government.
The act was passed in direct response to President Kennedy’s appointment of his brother as Attorney General.
The Clintons were surprised to learn of this statute shortly after the 1992 election ,when the then President-elect considered appointing his wife as Chief of Staff.”
Interesting that the Clinton’s are well aware of the statute....but not Obama?
