White Collar crime is VERY hard to prosecute. So when you conduct an investigation that yields a formal Report, the findings are based on hard and irrefutable facts.

Inspectors like Gerald Walpin, who go after White Collar criminals, are VERY thorough. I'm sure he's quite accustomed to being challenged and bad-mouthed by the defrauders he's investigated, as well as from his bosses (in this case, the POTUS).

I think it's VERY safe to say he has archives upon archives. Additionally, the information he has NOT put forth would be quite interesting to be made public. Especially if it were to come up in front of a Congressional investigation panel -- which I COULD see the Dems doing to corral Obama from taking TOO much more of their power.

I'll say it again. We need to learn if he was locked out of his office and who's got the files. This sounds like a good way for stuff to go missing and wind up in Hillary's closet or Sandy's socks.

In which case the next step is what I call the Jennifer Flowers defense, where one goes so public as to become a difficult target (which is what I think is happening here). Still, I see the O-bot as enough of a hard ass that when he's dissed he blows away the opponent in order to intimidate the rest. "See, I'll do you anyway."

This will be interesting. My bet is he'll use the media and the courts to cover in exactly the same manner as related to his natural born citizenship.
