For some reason, the story you linked is not coming up. Neither is the one linked at the beginning of this thread.

They do however show up on a result page after inputing "walpin" at foxnews.com , but still can't click in.

I wonder why.

Let’s try this...I don’t know why it isn’t working unless Fox moved things around. The search page shows the article and the link works from there.
