This supposed hate crimes bill ( should be called “ Silence the right and Church bill ) .... is just the next step of outlawing any political or moral dissent by the right or average Americans.

Congress ? ... President ? ... Supreme Court ? ...

This supposed " Hate Crimes " legislation is UN - CONSTITUTIONAL .... this hate crimes bill is a infringement of religious people to exercise their Constitutional right..

( “ Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.... " )

2 Republicans are already co-sponsors (guess who). So I don’t see how a fillibuster can work, unless we can get Nelson, Pryor, Lincoln, Tester and/or Webb against it.

It is nothing other than a thought crimes bill. It has no other rational purpose than to silence politically incorrect speech.
