My bet is it was someone who moved into one of the houses built by Jimmie & Habitat for Humanity - the houses that are now falling down around them.

My younger brother worked for HFH at multiple locations. Their houses actually stand up better than homes done by professionals. The reason is simple.

Professionals will build according to specification. If a shingle calls for two roofing nails, that's all they will get. The HFH amateurs, unable to place the shingles exactly right will pound in three or even four nails-- not uniform and not efficient with material, but better able to withstand the next storm for which the specification was insufficient.
