Whats taking place in Iran?
For an answer, dont turn to CNN or Fox News and dont listen to White House officials.
Millions have taken to the streets to protest the June 12 rigged election of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
The University of Tehran has been ransacked.
Several protestors have been killed and thousands have been injured.
It is the greatest popular uprising that the 21st Century has witnessed.
And yet, to find fair and balanced coverage of the momentous event, one had to turn to foreign news outlets.

I do think Murdoch sold 20% to a foreign entity, and if I recall, it was a middle-eastern buyer.

That’s what I thought. I was only asking because the article makes the claim.
I posted my “that’s what I thought” before reading what others posted here. Looks like Saudi’s ARE owners of a big chunk of Fox.

Saudi Arabia is a Muslim dictatorship. They don't want the world to hear stories of people aspiring to freedom in another Muslim dictatorship, even if it's a competing Muslim dictatorship.
And of course, we all know the aspirations of our own Messiah. No way HE wants nightly news stories of people aspiring to throw off government chains.
Ok, and? How does that negate the fact that there WAS coverage of the protests in Iran?
Other people have said that they saw coverage. Is there some reason you singled me out?
