I have literally taken the phone out of the hand of my mother in law as she started spewing what cars she owned, asking which one was the one which would be under the extended warranty.

We asked them which car it was that the warranty was about to expire on. They told us to tell them which one's we had. Mr. mm said to them that we own more than one car and we needed to know which vehicle they were calling about since they called us. They hung up.

I kept the guy on the line until I told him that I owned a 1978 Yugo. He hung up.
