I think the MSM wants to supress, or at least downplay, the information because they are reminded of the recent tea party protests, of the ones scheduled in the future and the fact that millions of Americans are unemployed with grim employment job prospects and who have nothing to lose by protesting. They do not want to stir the unhappy masses.

Until the www erupted in twitter information the msm didn’t want to report much information, but with the volume of data on the net, they must report out of reluctance so as to merely attempt to appear unbiased. Tweets forced the MSM hand. Interesting times we live in!

I think you’re on to something! I was thinking something similar late last night.

Indeed. This technology has truly shown us that the truth is like kryptonite to despots and their complicit toadies in the media. When people, real people, can be the fourth estate, well, that is truly an exciting time to be alive.
