Oh I know what hot flashes are all about, I have them constantly due to my own health problems I have systemic sclerosis that flares up and causes all kinds of problems from time to time, combined with a body that I busted up pretty good a few years ago. I’m falling apart in more ways than you can count, LoL!
I know as you do; they are not fun. LOL
