He probably used the public version of GPS and based it on the address and not the coordinates. Anyone that has gone beyond the beaten track knows its not all that accurate.
The demo company has a LOT of splainin to do.

The GPS slant is significant IMO.I bet that someone identified the wrong house on GoogleEarth and passed on the GPS coordinates for it to the demolition company.
