Don't worry. UN peacekeepers, as they are called, are almost never supplied with ammunition. No children are endangered by this careless person.
However, you are certainly a danger to children everywhere if you own guns, as am I.

Possibly because after the “UN Peacekeeper” handed the kid the bag of US supplied food in return for sex, the kid’s fellatio technique was quite what the nice “UN peacekeeper” expected.
Maybe that is why the lower part of the photo is cropped?
