The Left (Statists) know that their methods, reason, facts, cannot sustain compared to the rules of Conservatism. Therefore, they must employ such tactics as not to risk the slightest possibility that a student may actually learn to think for himself/herself.....this would undo their goals.

Prudence is the implementation of logic derived from generations of wisdom, not a personal Utopian mindset.

The very Laws of Nature assume that equality cannot exist without inequality. The Statists know this too and up to this point, society itself throughout history proves that socialism does not work. Needless to say since man is imperfect so are all forms of government.

Therefore history also demonstrates to date that the most successful nation to ever exist is the United States which originally embraced the concepts of limited government to guarantee life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
