Last time there were mass arrests in Chicago:

The operation took place in the 1980s. Ninety-two people were indicted, including 17 judges, 48 lawyers, ten deputy sheriffs, eight policemen, eight court officials, and a member of the Illinois Legislature

I remember reading in a couple of places before I started the repository of Chicago Crime that Fitzpatrick said he was going to make the last one appear minuscule. Just hope he gets the big fish along with all the minnows this time.
