let the market place decide to bury letterman with whether or not they watch their shows This IS the marketplace working. No one has asked for a law to be passed for Letterman to be fired. Instead, people in the marketplace are putting pressure on CBS to fire him.

Bingo! A winner!!! This is the marketplace deciding off with his head in a figural manner. Letterman crossed the line and now the public is coming after him. In what world must we listen to more of this anti child/anti woman crap? He had his free speech and now the rest of the free people are having their say.
