We NEED to target the ****’s who target us! Our problem is that we DON’T!
Republican media consultant Fred Davis, a chief ad-maker for the McCain campaign, added: “I think it’s a mistake too many conservatives are making right now. They are trying to find anything to attack.”
Sorry, dude, it’s not anything. He crossed the line and we attacked. Anyone else want to try it?
‘But Bozell ponders the more nefarious possibility that “Marketing 101 is being thrown out the window because the left’s influence is so powerful.”’
The left’s influence is powerful because the Right is NEVER HEARD in MSM. Boy, do I wish I could buy a TV media outlet and staff it with young conservatives. Cut-throat conservatives with the sword of truth. Do y’all think the people of the U.S. could take it and do you think they want it? I know they need it.
I’m with ya.
I just so enjoy clueless writers attempting to define what I think and feel and believe...I couldn’t stand Letterman the first time I saw him as a sub for Johnny Carson and my attitude towards that slimy used condom salesman has only become more negative as the years have gone by. And the “vichy quislings” RINOs need to stop trying to herd me into their corral.
Baloney. We're supposed to take advice from hired-gun McKinnon? A DEMOCRAT? The guy who bailed out on the McCain campaign when it got slightly tough with the Obama campaign for a brief moment?
In my opinion, McKinnon is deliberately giving "the right" the exact opposite advice we need. He's not a friend of conservatives, to say the least.
Probably at a romantic dinner for two in the East Village.
:-)
One of the PUMAs is organizing a protest. I am trying to get details.
The article (and RINOs?) say this is a win-win for letterman? Yeah, that’s why his ratings are tanking vs the tonight show with an AWFUL O’Brien.
Well, I meant an overstatement of his Republicanism.
Wrong. The weakness of the RINOs in charge is that they don't attack *anything* with a desire to actually win. They merely make some pseudo-cranky statements on cable tv and call it a day.
Maybe those days will be over soon...
I want his ass fired! And I want a full and very public apology by him and CBS.
And I want him to enroll in sensitivity training and never given any job on television with the exception of his original gig as a frikkin weatherman.
That's a pathetic attitude and a main reason conservatives have been run over by Liberals and their corrupt media.
“If the right goes after Letterman they make him look big and themselves small,” says Mark McKinnon, a campaign adviser to George W. Bush and Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz. “It’s win-win for Letterman.”
Advise to the campaign advisor: Hi Ho and a hearty FU2 McKinnon!
Mark McKinnon needs to be fired from any advisor role EVER. His advice sucks. Its why Bush sucks so much because of advise like this. Never fight back, never argue for the cause. Let the enemy set the agendas. Let the enemy lie without a response
Was there a list of Letterman’s sponsors and contact info for people to use?
Just remember that Mark McKinnon is a Demonrat mole and infiltrator. He’s as ‘Republican’ as Colin Powell. He came to George W. Bush from Ann Richards. He’s still a rat.
The one that said he would not work against Obama? LOL. *spit*
