Just to be sure we are staying in context, were the comments that were made threatening, or merely critical?? Anyone who has been here at FR for any length of time knows how carried away some posters can get, and how over-the-top comments can get. Heck, I’ve made comments here or posted an image that lead directly to a thread or two being pulled, so I’m as guilty as anyone of crossing the line now and then.
That said, I’ve never leveled a threat at anyone online, or posted anything that could be construed as threatening either. I think we can all see how threatening comments made online simply cannot be ignored....
I’m not being judgmental here, but I am pointing out a lack of hard data....without the original comments we have no idea if this was justified or not.

Why don't you tell us? The comments are attached to the article. (Of course, then your IP will be in the Review-Journal's subpoenable logs (LOL). Maybe they should stop keeping httpd logs.)
I think the pig is just annoyed at the paper's coverage and is abusing his power in order to lean on them. BTW, it's Bush's fault this AUSA's boss is a Bush appointee.
