Pretty obvious the prosecutor was operating under some strange theories of law ~ just like Sutton (not Sullivan ~ ) was.

These guys should always call up the specialists at DOJ and talk to them about those sections of the law before they get too far down the road.

I have no idea if this guys RICO case will get anywhere, but I'd bet the second the first judge in any of these cases is "confused" by something the prosecutor did, he'll win and there go my medical benefits right back into his pocket.

BTW, regarding large raids, we had one about 5 doors down several years back. Guy had been selling cars to dopers for cash in excess of $10 k and not reporting it.

Anyway, there were MORE THAN 50 cops from every federal, state and local agency at that raid.
