Matt Lauer interviews Palin live tomorrow morning on Today. Palin will be live from Texas, where she made an announcement today regarding the Alaska pipeline project. Matt Lauer is no friend of Sara Palin. This will be an adversarial interview.

Maybe it’s just me.....but, were I Palin, Lauer would be on a long list of people that I wouldn’t talk to...

She’s pretty savvy but IMO its unlikely to be a friendly or even fair interview.

I’m pretty sure Lauer is going to defend Letterman, minimize what he said as if it was nothing— make SP look like she’s overreacting. The guy is two tingles and a prime-time show away from being Chris Matthews.

Agree-anything with NBC in it is highly toxic.

I hope she gets the Letterman jokes out of the way quickly and speaks on the pipeline in AK and other issues she advocates.
I happy to see her forging ahead, (which is after all her wont), and proving that those who hold an indifferent opinion of her are very much mistaken.

Matt Lauer is no friend of Sara Palin. This will be an adversarial interview. You do realize that Palin is a national figure and will have to face the MSM music one way or another. She can't speak to Hannity forever.

If Sarah’s wants to be President one day, she’s going to have to do interviews with people like Matt Lauer. The only person she should avoid like the plague at this point is Katie Couric.

Sarah is too nice to the arceholes. She needs to start getting in their face (but smile while doing it).
To: jla
I think that’s exactly how it will go.
I’m not worried about it at all, Sarah can handle Matt Laur easy, and will get her message out.

Why on earth would she give him an interview? Since when did conservatives support quotas and affirmative action? The WH isn't Palin's for the taking. She's gotta earn it and go through the fire just like anyone else.
