I agree.

This is emotional child abuse. What looks like some crappy jokes from some old has-been host, looks and feels like verbal abuse to the minor child.

Step into her shoes and see how you feel. It is next to impossible to do because children see and comprehend everything differently.

This is abuse. Letterman should be charged with something or at the very least sued.

Why do conservatives always need to laugh everything off and let it slide.
Most of the time I say let it go, but this was about a young girl. Doesn’t she have any right to be free from harassment and/or abuse.

If anything, we need to at least stand up and defend our children.

I never heard, and I'll wager that neither has anyone else ever heard, on-the-air speculation about Chelsea Clinton's putative paternity.

What Letterman, whose appeal to so many I have never understood ... sort of like the French and Jerry Lewis... did was criminal.

If you don't believe me, go on national TV and say something very like it about one of Michelle and Barack's daughters. In fact, if Michelle had any class, she would as a mother of daughters, take Letterman, an outspoken supporter of her husband, to task for this remark. If she doesn't, she is in some way, presenting her own children as the butt of cruel and disgusting remarks.
