I agree with a lot of posters, what the heck are you doing parking on the grass? I don’t care if it’s yours or Yankee Stadium. It’s a trailer trash habit that just devalues your home and the community. Double park if you must, but never ever park or let someone park on your grass( exception is if you have a lot of property behind the house that will hide the car from view.

Excuse me, not everyone that CAN park on the grass is trailertrash. If it is mine I’ll park it anywhere I want.

Well, I dunno, I always park in my front yard on the grass. But then again I have five acres and I have no where else to park, except on my “lawn”. Ha!

And I agree with you 100%.
I go through great pains to try to maintain my lawn and the flower bed in front of my house. However, my next door neighbors park their pickup trucks and their cars on their front yard. That is infuriating to me, and that also helps to bring down the property values in the neighborhood. Those neighbors don't actually try to maintain their grass and I try to separate my front yard from theirs by growing tall plants between our properties so that theirs isn't visible from my yard or from the main street in our neighborhood.
They are not bad neighbors, but I wish they would be more caring about the whole neighborhood.

Telling a man what to do on his property is Communist by nature. Looks like you outed yourself.

I find your ‘trailer trash’ statement offensive.
Alot of good people live in trailers, because it was all they could afford, or their job was so ‘mobile’ that buying an actual house was not financially feasible.
As for parking in front of your own home, on your own grass... maybe the person had alot to take into the house, maybe they were injured, maybe it was pouring rain...
Try thinking before spouting ‘trailer trash’.
