In my wildest dreams, I cannot imagine anyone who thinks Obama is doing a good job.

This poll bounces up and down like an EKG. Best to just ignore it.

We can (and probably should) choose to ignore polls like this, but I think it’s pretty clear that half the country seriously has no objection to being ruled by a fascist oligarchy, so long as that oligarchy continues to throw them their scraps.
We’re screwed.

Must be those 650,000 new jobs he promised (after accelerating the spending of course).

Those who voted for him are easily fooled (again).
Obama's summer jobs plan: work for 600,000 people
By Mark Silva reporting from washington
7:15 AM PDT, June 8, 2009
In a meeting today with the Cabinet, the president will announce plans to tap into the $787-billion stimulus to create jobs, with 10 major projects to be implemented in the next three months.
President Obama today promised to deliver more than 600,000 new jobs this summer with accelerated spending of some of the $787-billion economic stimulus that Congress approved at his urging earlier this year.

Your points are sound...but for the sake of the nation I hope you’re wrong.

600,000 jobs will be a drop in the bucket.
Look at this interactive map:
Job Loss/Gain 2007-2009 by county-

I hear the Whistle of the coming TrainWreck in the NE, East, Great Lakes cities and in Southern CA. in 6-9 months when the unemployment benefits are exhausted.
The epicenter of this is right in the heart of the Obamanista country.
There is no way the government can create enough government jobs to offset this.
At best it will be a long trudge through the mud out of this.

With your info, these polls are the equivalent to rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic then. Or will the pricks still continue to blane GWB for everything?

Government creates nothing. Anything they promise to “give” you must be taken from someone else.
The more government, regulation, and taxation that a nation has the less the productive sector of the country has available to use.
This is a failed approach to recovering from a disaster. It will only create a larger disaster.
This is a Zero sum game, without the creativity of a market system.
