I listen to Doc Savage every now and again and agree with him most of the time.
BUT not this time. Last night he was on a rant over Sarah Palin and her possibly becoming the next US President.
He made it very clear of his disgust for her and said if Sarah got in, it would be for moree years of Obama.
How SO?????
Is not Alaska the only State in the Union that gives money back to its constituents. Has a much better Tax code and is doing everything to promote Alaska for the betterment of itself and the rest of the nation (read Gas pipeline for the lower 48) and more Drilling
This does not sound like Obama and any democrat that I know.
I am not sure what the Doc is on, but IMO he is way off base on this.

Weiner and his son made contributions to Oakland Mayor Jerry Brown for statewide elections. Anyone who endorses a moonbat like Jerry Brown is not a conservative.
I didn’t listen to the show... But, if your account is right, I agree with him, wholeheartedly. Palin, as much as I love her and he’d policies, is utterly unelectable. SNL, the MSM, and her numerous bad interview performances have doomed her chances, IMHO. We need new blood, like a Pence, Barbour, Sanford. I think Jindal is a poor choice as well, after seeing he limp-wrist performance after the SOTU address

I have more respect for Sheehan and Moore since they are consistent in their beliefs, albiet totally lunatic beliefs.

Don't allow liberals to define us. Don't surrender in any way to liberals, no matter how powerful or how loud they are.
It shouldn't take but one cycle to recognize that they will seek to destroy anyone who represents the GOP or Conservatives. Whoever is the "leader", they go after wholeheartedly, we back off, allow them to define us, then we look for someone more "moderate". The "moderate" is not elected, and we look like the cowards that we are.
If Sara Palin is SOOOO much hated by those you site, then that tells you to abandon her and look for someone else just because it is "they" who "tainted" her?

But your logic amazes me. You say: “Savage has enough critics, at least let them be critical on what he actually says and not what you thought you heard.”
If one looks at this programmatically, speaking is nothing without sound, for it is sound that is heard. Therefore, one can only hear what is said. Sound waves do not bend for one and not another.
Yet, communication is flawed often due to prejudices and other preconceived ideals and expectations.
You are of course perfectly correct in one sense; I did hear what I heard, it is all that I can do. You my friend are no different and to assume anything different is insane.
To this point, I stand by my first assessment on what I ‘thought’ he said, because even your explanation says the same thing to me. Because, only Doc Savage himself can truly explain the truth behind his words, for only he knows his intent.
Savage or should I say Doc Mike Savage is a self called conservative radio talk-back host. He has his own show called the “Savage Nation”
He is very opinionated and self centered, and speaks a lot of things that I support. “Language, Borders & Culture” being one.
Although Sarah did have the fortitude to come out and say that obumma had been “palling around with terrorists.”
