Don’t be fooled - in about an hour, chrysler will no longer exist for all prcical purposes. And there is no legal recovery against the new chrysler.

That is just fancy language which is saying” We don’t have the cojones to stop this madness”......
It is time that more people find out just who exactly are the Bondholders in companies all around the country. Bill Gates and Warren Buffett could not by themselves own all the bonds that are out there. The pensions of firefighters, policemen, teachers, et al are the real bondholders.
For all you teachers who just couldn’t wait to vote for a black man to vote for, enjoy the 3% or so of your pension money that is left...your retirement just took a major turn in the road.
