Does this sentence strike anyone else as insane?:
“Should law enforcement, border patrol agents, customs officers or local and state law enforcement officers be targeted that would be considered a major departure from existing practice of the cartels, and a threat that called for a significant response,” he said.”
As if the ‘current’ practice of Mexican drug cartels kidnapping, beheading and bringing in drugs and illegals is ok....(eye roll)
Well, actually killing US officials might force tangible action against bringing loads of more future Dem voters to the US, and we can't have anything interfering with that.
And as if law enforcement is holding back until they really get mad.

Perfectly sane to me.
All those groups work for the government. He is saying attacking private citizens is one thing, but mess with the givernment and watch out.
The only “response” they would understand would be “Firing upon border patrol agents will be taken as an act of war, and the US military will thereupon hunt down and kill (not capture, kill) anybody remotely involved”
