We’re still shaking our heads in disgust over Obama’s pledge to ease the scrutiny on zakat payments to Islamic charities in the speech he delivered in Cairo. For readers who don’t know, zakat is one of the fiver pillars of Islam and it is a required tithing from all faithful Muslims who are able to donate. Charities are declared zakat-eligible by Shariah scholars, many of whom, by the way, are committed jihadists.
And there’s the problem. Zakat payments have very often gone to charities that support terrorist organizations. VERY often.
Though we’re not absolutely certain what the exact motivation for this move by Obama is, we have a few ideas…

RESUME FUNDING TERRORISM
Just what is their obligation?? Is it similar to the Biblical tithe??
What has been proven in courts is that the Muslim charities in question were in actuality funding terrorists - our enemies. Is that what does the Koran states, and Obama encourages??

Wake up America, Obama is systematically destroying this country...we have traded personal freedom and liberties for the biggest Snake Oil Salesman ever....if you voted for the man, have the strength to admit you were wrong. Obama has violated Constitutional Law and the Constitutional liberties for citizens of America and I am afraid he is far from finished however, we as a nation just might be.
This is utter balderdash. Once again Obama demonstrates a woeful ignorance of Islam. There is nothing that precludes a Muslim from giving his annual zakat (approx. 2 1/2 percent of his net worth). He can give it any way he wants. To a mosque, madrassah, or a charitable trust (waqf). In America, however, he cannot knowingly give it to benefit an entity or institution that the US Treasury has listed as terrorist. Otherwise, nothing stops him from giving zakat, or saqada (general charitable giving whose amount is not determined by Muslim law).
One is either an American or a Muslim, an American or an African, an American or a Mexican... the commingling, in name of course, is simply a stealthy approach to destroying America.
As for Obama, he's a Muslim extremist who must be stopped.
What America needs is for Law & Order and CSI NY to do episodes about tracking the money. That ‘viewer’s condensed version’ is about the only way most Americans will ever understand this issue.
