I think a larger problem than the Bush’s is the conservatives who are being played for suckers by the MSM. Look at all the people who fell for it on this thread. They’re the ones who’ve made this non-story a story. They can’t turn around and now claim it’s a non-story.

Whatever! Who cares? The Bushes were the lead-in to Obama. I think his silence reflects his complicity with Obama rather than anything else.

If Bush were appalled as he should be, he would say something. But, since he's become a coward we should expect nothing less than his "respectful silence".

If you're really worked up about this, maybe you should form a grassroots organization opposing Laura Bush's comments on Sottomayor. You could sell lemonade, or even have a bake sale.

When people purchase your product, you could explain the critical importance Laura Bush's words, and why you oppose them. You might even get a local reporter to come out, and you could even write a letter to the editor of your local paper, or something.

Or, you could make up some flyers that read "Laura Bush must be silenced!" Be sure to have them explain why. Go to some public place and hand them out.
