The one thing that sticks with me about her was that she was one of the senators that voted against furthering the impeachment actions against Bill Clinton... really pissed me off.
I called her office when that happened and told them I would never vote for her again. I haven't, either. Guess mine was a lonely voice. She got more votes than Bush in 2000 on the Texas ballot.
I'm no huge fan of Perry but I'll vote for him in a heartbeat over that woman.
