Getting that oil to the ocean is going to be a problem. This is Africa. Thugs will be contending to control the tap. Blowing up pipelines for the out-of-power team will always be a good strategy to hurt the in-power team.

Also, as a geologist, I am pretty sure that most of Uganda is Volcanic from the Rift Valley.
