Bloody murder!
I agree with Jeff...
Tiller was an evil, murdering scum who met poetic justice.
So, no, there's no repeal possible.
What you are talking about is a "reversal", or possibly even a USSC decision that "overrules" RVW.
There is, in fact, NO LAW here ~ just court procedures.
Shooting abortionists probably isn't going to influence the courts (except the ones run by Leftwingtards), but it does counsel the abortionists that they are not immortal ~ something which is probably a surprise to many of them.
What we have here is some basic Constitutional disagreements going on. As usual they take decades to resolve, or, as in 1865, they get resolved all at once. Sometimes the issues are clear cut ~ the slaves are slaves or they are free ~ not both. Here we have babies alive, or they are dead ~ not both.
There's going to be nothing whatsoever "nice" about the way the issue is dealt with in the end. Consider what happens the day the USSC gets that one additional RTL member and they issue a ruling that suddenly makes even thinking about abortion a crime ~ do you really believe the Leftwingtards are going to just stand there and take it?
Get real. They'll do the same thing the South did the day Abraham Lincoln took office ~ they'll pull out their guns and fire on us.
I’ll wear it like an honor.
Hey, I could sit on a jury and find this guy guilty. Absolutely no problem. I could also have sat on a jury and found Tiller guilty. Absolutely no problem.
A bit too wordy to scan well as a limerick, but it hits the target....
And all it took was blowing someone’s head off.
Constimatutional amendment!
I disagree. You would be amazed at how many people have no clue about what abortion really is. Most people think it is just scraping away a tiny scrap of tissue. You need to get out and talk to people about abortion. Ask people what they think it entails. You can explain the truth to them in mere words and they just nod their heads , but they don’t really understand. Pictures like this get their attention.
The vast majority of people here and on other conservative sites codemned the murder of Tiller.
But you’ll never know that from reading liberals tell it.
Instead of scooping it off or sucking it empty with a vacuum cleaner?
So then I guess ultimate victory in your mind is to kill every abortionist and blow up every clinic? Who needs this politics stuff? If you're really that dedicated, quit sitting on the sidelines and get in the game. Get yourself a gun, go to one of those sites that publicizes abortionists addresses and bag yourself some game. No? Got better things to do with your life than commit murder and arson? Not dedicated to the cause, or what? Then maybe go play with your toys and let the grown ups fight the battle.
Tiller................. 60,000
Buchenwald ......56,000
Roeder....................... 1
This Roeder may have been too deranged to be guilty of a murder, but that’s for a jury (or judge if his legal representative chooses) to decide.
Murder is murder.
lol. thanks. go underdogs!
While I don’t promote vigilantism, I can see how a moralist could see gray here.
We’re supposed to legally try and convict murderers, but what happens to our society when the government miserably fails to arrest and convict murderers?
This issue isn’t 100% when you consider the government is promoting murder of the innocent. The government is promoting lawlessness, which breeds lawlessness, IMHO.
Threads like this, where we should probably be going after this Waldmon puke hammer and tong, allow us to vent a tad.
Still, I could sit on any jury and send anyone who wasn't a real Conservative to the gallows without a second thought (for what that's worth) and both Tiller and the guy who shot him weren't "real Conservatives" were they.
I think I have to add "Lutherans of that stripe, whatever it is" to the list of "can't be real Conservatives" though.
My goodness, who would have ever imagined you could just creep up on this thug at a church ~ how utterly bizarre!
Poetic justice.
