A pretty good example of the time and energy wasted by our government. Harassing citizens for selling bongs, while the criminals are busy committing crimes. What a stupid law. Drug paraphernaliacan be sold legally, unless the person intends to use it for drugs. All based upon whether the seller is aware that the purchaser is going to use it in their use of drugs. Nothing subjective about that. What a waste of good tax payer money.
