"The media and Opposition have mocked Mr Sarkozy over Mr Obama’s coolness towards him, which is only partly due to his handling of the Normandy commemoration."

This is not quite the way it happened.

D-Day memorials are historically a big deal every decade. Sarkozy had planned no "big" international memorial this year.

Then Hussein butted in, probably because he doesn't plan on being around for the 70th anniversary.

Anyway, The Mohammedan Messiah invited himself at the last minute on his way back from visiting his brothers in faith in the Middle East.

When UK PM Gordon Brown heard that Hussein would be there he wanted in on the prhoto op, especially given the fact that his Labour Party is in meltdown along with the UK's economy.

These complications left Sarkozys administration in a bind. Sarkozy and Hussein are heads of state. If PM Brown goes to the memorial, Sarkozy must invite UK head of state, The Queen.

The last minute arrangements, all neatly and purposefully caused by The Obammunist, has caused quite the political turmoil.
