I am just saying that the Islamists are using the same content in speech for recruiting, almost word for word, in many locations worldwide. This uniformity would lead me to doubt that any terrorist activity is only a small localized anomaly. All the clerics preach exactly the same line. This terrorist is acting accordingly.
