I do not think that it will be delivered in Arabic but I will keep and eye on the Arabs reaction to the speech and post my findings here on FR if there is anything of importance in these reactions that is worth posting.

Thanks! My expectation is that it will be delivered in English. But the MSM may carry the Arabic translation and provide an English translation if told Obama is presenting a "special" speech for the Muslim world. After the past 100+ days I put nothing past him or them. jv, your time and efforts are greatly appreciated by all of us!
