The governor is expected to sign the bill, which would make New Hampshire the sixth state to legalize gay marriage.

As opposed to the 30 some states which have banned homosexual marriage.

How ironic is it that California says no, but New Hampshire says yes.

Is there some chart that details which states have banned gay marriage, fixed their eminent domain laws (Kelo vs New London happened here in Connecticut), is a right-to-work state, and has no state income taxes? I think Florida, Texas and South Carolina fit those descriptions... not sure about other states.

My husband and I are eventually going to move out of New England (Connecticut) and relocate to one of those states... probably Florida. Unfortunately, that will probably be years away...
