If the FBI was “watching” this guy, they weren't watching him very closely. A trip to Yemen, a Somali passport. Why was he allowed to ride around and case a recruiting center? I'm sure he had the military recruiting office under surveillance. It is just not credible, as the local cops seem to suggest, that he was riding around with an SUV full of weapons—and can felons have weapons in Arkansas?—and just happened to see the GIs standing on the street.
