OK, so she's made her value judgment. Her tax rate is more important than her children's Christian education. If you'll excuse the metaphor, this seems a little bit like someone refusing to leave the Titanic because they paid so much for the price of a first class ticket.

Look, the judge is an arrogant self centered pig whose ruling finds no support whatever in the Constitution or the original intent of the founders. But, this mother has the ability to immediately remove her children from this Godless (no, anti-God) environment and then has the rest of her life to do battle with navel gazing judges.

Once again, you assume that she has the wherewithall to pay for attendance to a private school. Interesting that you know so much about her financial situation. It must be nice to be wealthy. Too bad you’ve lost touch with the rest of us and what it costs for us to live.

I don’t know what it costs in your neck of the woods, by in Houston, you have to have an additional $1000/month to send your kid to a Christian school.
