"Reporter" fails to report that a Melvin Bledsoe is listed as the operator (and possible owner) of Twin City Tours:

Others, like Blues City Tours, are now tacking on a fuel surcharge of $2 for individual tour tickets and $25 for charters."If you rented a bus last week, it was $225. This week, it's $250," said Melvin Bledsoe, who has owned the tour company for 20 years.
(So much for poverty making American blacks convert to Muslim radicalism.)
Did this domestic jihadi scout out military targets while taking on these tours? The article says the perp spoke of targeting the US military to persons who never reported it. Who else is employed by these 2 tour companies?
Any donations to political candidates.
Interesting info and good questions—all of which need to be asked and answered.
That said, this doesn’t look to be a family-based sleeper cell. While it’s always wise to consider the long-range pre-planning and positioning of terrorists, Bledsoe’s businesses have been around for 20 years. Likely a case of hard-working, industrious entrepreneurs with a scumbag son. Son Carlos Jihad-Come-Lately may have used, or planned to use, daddy’s biz for his own evil purpose without parent knowledge of his agenda. But at this juncture, it doesn’t look like a planned front operation—at last not from Melvin’s side.
Carlos’s Jihad recruiters might have found the travel agency connection an interesting addition to their bag of tricks, though.
I called the White House comment line and used the words “terrorist/terrorism” several times in my comment. I demanded that 0 address the issue. The older woman had to ask me to repeat where the incident had occured (obvious she had heard nothing about it). Not that it was worth my breath or using my breaktime to do it. . . .
